AutoViz is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product, no shipping address, and no courier involvement. This page explains exactly when and how the service is delivered to you after payment.
What you receive
- Immediate activation of your chosen subscription tier (Starter, Basic, Business, Agency, Enterprise, or Custom) on your account at https://autoviz.pro.
- Access to the AutoViz web dashboard — create and manage your search sets, browse matched car listings, configure notification preferences.
- Access to the AutoViz mobile applications for iOS and Android (where available).
- Real-time notifications delivered the moment a newly published vehicle listing matches one of your active saved searches.
- Customer support via email at contact@autoviz.pro.

If your account is not upgraded within 5 minutes of payment, please email contact@autoviz.pro with your transaction ID and we will resolve it within one business day.
How notifications are delivered
Notifications are delivered exclusively through the AutoViz platform itself:
- Web app — when you have https://autoviz.pro open in a browser, new matching listings appear at the top of the listings page in real time, accompanied by a sound and a small banner.
- Mobile app — push notifications inside the AutoViz iOS / Android app.
AutoViz does not send SMS or email notifications for individual listings — those would be too slow to deliver our core value of "first to know". There is no third-party delivery channel; your notifications are routed directly from our servers to your active session.
Where AutoViz works
AutoViz can be used anywhere in the world with a working internet connection. The Service is, however, optimized for European car listing markets and currently indexes the following sources:

Active sources may change over time as we add new markets or temporarily disable broken integrations.
Refusal of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse activation or to refund a payment if:
- The transaction is flagged as fraudulent by Paddle.
- The email address used at signup is found to be fake or disposable.
- The account is in violation of our Terms of Service (Section 7 — Acceptable Use).
- The subscription is in a country we cannot lawfully service (e.g. due to sanctions).
In those cases the full payment will be refunded via Paddle within 7 business days.
Service availability & SLA
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the AutoViz platform itself, measured at the public endpoint https://autoviz.pro.
Listing-source coverage depends on the third-party marketplaces remaining accessible. Occasionally a source may be temporarily unreachable; when this happens, AutoViz falls back to alternative methods to continue monitoring, but a brief reduction in coverage of a single source is possible. Whenever a source is unavailable for more than 24 hours, a banner notice is shown in the dashboard.
If the AutoViz platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure), affected subscribers receive a pro-rated credit for the impacted month upon request.
Account access after cancellation
- The Service remains fully active until the end of the calendar month for which you have already paid.
- After that, your account moves to read-only — you can still log in and view your historical data for 90 days, but no new notifications are sent and search sets are paused.
- After 90 days of inactivity, your account is scheduled for deletion. You will receive a 14-day warning email before deletion.
