Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoViz service available at https://autoviz.pro and any companion mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Hereinafter "AutoViz" refers to the service, and "Bedztech", "we", or "us" refers to the provider.

What AutoViz does

AutoViz is a subscription service that monitors publicly available vehicle listings on European automotive marketplaces and notifies subscribers, in real time, when newly published listings match the search criteria they have configured.

AutoViz does not sell vehicles, broker transactions or act as a marketplace itself. We are an information service.

Registration

To use AutoViz you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Choose a secure password.
• Use the Service for your own purposes — you may not share your account credentials with third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

AutoViz is offered as a paid subscription. Current packages:

Prices are stated per calendar month, in EUR, and are exclusive of any VAT or sales tax that may apply to your jurisdiction. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record (§4.2), Paddle determines, charges, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing location. The total amount Paddle charges may therefore be higher than the price listed above; the exact total is shown to you in Paddle's checkout before you confirm payment.

Bedztech itself is not VAT-registered under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but this is independent of how VAT is handled at checkout — Paddle's MoR model means Paddle is the legal seller for tax purposes.

4.1 Billing cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same calendar day until cancelled. The first charge is taken at the moment you complete checkout.

4.2 Payment processor

All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, Ireland / Paddle Inc., USA), acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for your subscription. Paddle — not Bedztech — is the seller of record on your invoice, collects your payment, charges any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing location, issues the receipt and handles chargebacks and disputes. Bedztech receives the net subscription fee.

AutoViz does not receive or store your card or bank details. By subscribing you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms of Service, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

4.3 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry up to three times over the following five days. Continued failure pauses your saved searches until payment succeeds; after 14 days unpaid, the account may be suspended.

4.4 Price changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice (sent to your account email). If you do not accept the new price you may cancel before it takes effect.

In short: cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing contact@autoviz.pro; cancellation stops the next renewal but the Service stays available until the end of the period already paid for.

How the service is delivered

The Service is delivered digitally and immediately. Within 60 seconds of your first successful payment, your account is upgraded to the chosen package. There is no physical delivery. See our Delivery Information page for the full activation timeline and SLA.

What you may not do

You may not:

• Use the Service to build or operate a competing product or aggregator.
• Resell, redistribute or republish data obtained through AutoViz to third parties without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools to load the Service in ways that materially affect other users.
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, illegal vehicle sales or any activity that violates the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union or your country of residence.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or share your account credentials with anyone else.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Intellectual property

8.1 Our content

The AutoViz platform — source code, UI, design, logo, name, documentation — is owned by Bedztech and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

8.2 Third-party listing content

Vehicle listings displayed on AutoViz remain the property of the respective sellers and source marketplaces. We always link back to the original source listing and never claim ownership of seller content. If you operate a marketplace and wish AutoViz to stop displaying your listings, contact us at contact@autoviz.pro and we will respond within 7 days.

Service is provided "as is"

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of indexed listings — these are determined by the third-party source marketplaces.
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Source marketplaces occasionally block or rate-limit automated traffic, which can temporarily reduce coverage.
• We do not verify the legitimacy of any listing or seller. You alone are responsible for due diligence before contacting any seller, sending money, or completing a vehicle purchase.

AutoViz is not party to any transaction between you and a vehicle seller and accepts no liability for fraud, misrepresentation, or loss arising from such transactions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedztech's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. EU consumers retain their statutory rights and may bring proceedings in their country of habitual residence. For other disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doboj, BiH applies.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified to your account email at least 14 days before they take effect.
