This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to AutoViz, operated by Uslužna djelatnost "BEDZTECH" Mustafa Turalić s.p. Doboj ("Bedztech"). All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle Inc.) as the Merchant of Record.
This policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
- First-time buyers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. No questions asked.
- Renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- You can cancel any time to stop further renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you have just purchased an AutoViz subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, for any reason or no reason.
To request a refund:
- Email contact@autoviz.pro from the email address used at signup.
- Use the subject line "Refund request".
- Include your Paddle transaction ID (visible on your Paddle invoice).
We will approve the refund within 1 business day and notify Paddle. Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
This 14-day guarantee is offered voluntarily, in addition to any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives you a statutory right to withdraw from an online subscription contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Important — digital services exception. AutoViz is a continuous digital service that begins immediately on payment. By clicking "Subscribe" and confirming your purchase, you expressly consent to the Service starting before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully delivered.
Notwithstanding this, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee in §1 is available to all first-time buyers regardless of statutory eligibility.
To exercise your withdrawal right, email contact@autoviz.pro with the subject "Withdrawal" within 14 days of your first payment.
Renewal payments
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month until you cancel. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date (see §4). If you forget to cancel and are charged for a new month you do not want, contact contact@autoviz.pro within 48 hours — we evaluate these case-by-case and may, at our discretion, refund the renewal if the Service has not been used during the new period.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time:
- From your account settings on https://autoviz.pro, or
- By emailing contact@autoviz.pro with the subject "Cancel".
Cancellation stops the next renewal. The Service remains fully available until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a paid period when you cancel mid-month, unless required by law.
Service-outage credits
If the AutoViz platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure), affected subscribers are entitled to a pro-rated credit for the impacted month. To claim, email contact@autoviz.pro within 30 days of the outage.
This does not apply to:
- Reduced coverage of an individual third-party listing source — the Service remains operational; only one source's data flow is interrupted.
- Scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
- Force-majeure events (DDoS attacks, third-party network outages, government actions).
When we may refuse a refund
- Abuse of the 14-day money-back guarantee (e.g. repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles from the same person or organisation).
- Breach of the Terms of Service resulting in account termination (Section 7 — Acceptable Use).
- Fraudulent payment: if Paddle has flagged the original transaction as fraudulent, the refund process is handled by Paddle directly under their fraud-protection rules.
How refunds are paid
All refunds are issued by Paddle (the Merchant of Record) back to the original payment method — the same card or wallet you used at checkout. We cannot send refunds to a different card, bank account or PayPal address.
Refund timing depends on your card issuer or wallet provider but is typically 5–7 business days after we approve your refund request with Paddle. The refund will appear as a credit from "Paddle" or "Paddle.com" on your statement.
Tax on refunded amounts
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, any VAT or sales tax that Paddle charged at checkout is also refunded when we refund your subscription fee. The full amount Paddle charged you (subscription + tax) is returned. You do not need to claim the tax separately.
